Oh, I DO love receiving a handwritten note in the mail! It stands out from the ordinary routine.
We can do the same as our businesses write patient and client notes.
How do we incorporate this into our business so that it is easier to accomplish
Have a place with supplies
Personalize it and make it sincere
Add a little surprise
Then...when writing as a business to a patient, keep in mind to:
Make it able to be read by anyone
Remember it may need to sign with the business vs personal name
Avoid a sales pitch
